Hi. I have 2 problems

1st_ I am an English speaker. But because I live in Norway my Unibet site is in norwegian. How can I change this?

2nd_ Because of the first problem when I tried to accept a bonus I lost all the money from my account. I think somehow canceled my welcome bonus. What did I wrong? Where did the money go? How can I undo the mistake I did?

Please help...
