Idk if this is one of them or do you actually have to still send them something but as soon as @RayL gets hold of this, he gets it solved or speed it up. It is vacation time in Malta though, so you may have to wait few days in worst case scenario but it is weekend anyways so bank transfers and credit card withdraws wouldn´t hit your account until next week no matter what. But no one has contacted me.I know I’ll get my money. But this system is weird. If you have a processing time you need, it should be stated. I can confirm that the status of the account s fully verified and there is absolutely no reason to be worried about it. The message must be an error of some kind. To withdraw it says I need to verify my account yet when I go to the verify page, it says everything is up to date. Please can you sort this out?
