Hi,

I have a problem with Verification. I uploaded my ID which is still in progress to verify ( a government issued ID understand). Maybe its fake thats why it takes so long to verify it. Then I uploaded 4 different proof of address documents what has been declined immediately :D for no reason. Actually there was one reason it was too old they said, but the other documents were up to date. I contacted live chat, they couldnt help (i dont know why they are there). Might UNIBET wants to know my blood type?????? This is ridiculous whats going on with verification process... I tell you the reason for that, THEY WANT YOU TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY, thats why takes that long. Who reads this post keep away of this site if you doesnt want a stroke!!!!

I got another email now, verification team didnt accept the last document i was uploaded 15 minutes ago :D :D :D they are really fast, but the didn’t have time to verify my ID. I’m getting nervous now. A letter from government tax office can not be accepted??? What the f....????? Pleaseeee someone help meeeee :D :D :D

Hi @Thissiteisajoke welcome to the Community, love the alias :)
I had a look at the account and I indeed can see that your documents have been received.
Now your ID was declined due to our automated system, when the picture taken is not crystal clear, sharp or has a light reflection on it the system can't basically read it.
So what we did is asked the relevant people to have a look at the manually and advise us.
I am happy to say that after further checks your documents have been accepted and your account is ready to go.
I realize that without having a full overview of the processes players can worry, it's only natural, and I wish to apologize for the inconveniences caused by this. Wish you best of luck with us :)

Hi,

I have the exact same problem :) Can you look after it? I sent a bank statement to proof my address and they didnt accept it . Just tell you they accept same type of document for my friend :D They play with time :)

Hi @Joe, Welcome to the Community :)

I had a look at your account and it seems my colleagues fro Customer Service informed you already about what is needed, I'll leave it here as well.

The Bank Statement that was sent was not accepted unfortunately. It is missing a stamp and a signature from the Bank. Would it be possible to request the document directly from the bank's office and have them stamp and sign it? It would speed up the process substantially. If not, Utility Bills and Internet bills are also accepted given that they are received by post or issued at the office. Let us know on the possibility of providing such a document.

@RayL hey hey hey STOP FOR A WORD!!!! How does it work??? i know few weeks ago they accepted the same type of bank statement for my friend.EXACTLY SAME PAPER,FROM  SAME BANK AND WITHOUT ANY RUBBER STAMP ON IT :) THIS IS DISCRIMINATION!!!!! i will posting until they not accept it. i wont go into the bank to get a stamp on it because i dont have to it. and if you looked into my account you can see i sent other proof of address as well from the government tax office ( a paper with special marks on it what couldnt be printed out).

TELL ME WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH THIS DOCUMENT :) ALL 4 CORNERS ARE VISIBLE

PEOPLES PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM UBNIBET!!! THERE ARE BETTER SITES. I WILL STAY TO TAKE THEIR MONEY ;)

Second: spamming, claiming you are discriminated, or using capital letters to get your point across is not going to help me in resolving your case. It just gets you one step closer to be banned from the Community.

"Your friend" has his own account I guess, a matter which is his/her account, verification are multiple, they vary from player to player and the request on your account is I think as crystal clear as it can be.

Not saying that your friend didn't get his verification solved as you describe it, all I am saying that even that is so, it has absolutely nothing to do with the verification on your account.

I'd like to ask you to help me, help you if the goal here is to have this verification successfully done, but at this point it's either let me help you or get banned.

Hi @Jacksonford, welcome to the Community :) I see that my colleagues in Customer Service were trying to get in touch with you. Could you check your e-mail? There you should find a broader explanation of what's happening and by replying to it my colleagues will be able to advise you.
