Hi @GreatMagik, welcome to the Community :)

I had a look and the issue is somewhat different from the one seen above. It is related to the credit card sent, the red one. We are missing the signed back, so when that is received I will be able to forward this to the relevant people. You can still upload it in your account I believe.

Let us know here in this thread once it's done and we will see to it.

I tried to upload both front and back of my card, but was only able to upload one at a time, then the button disappeared. I used the App. Now I uploaded the back. Suppose u already got my front, cause it is not possible to upload 2 pictures at the same time... hehe!!!! :)

@GreatMagik, :) Thanks for the picture. All is good in regards of the verification on your account.

@Snickeriet, that is odd that you see the verification request as I am not able to locate it on your account. Everything is verified and accepted. Could I ask you to maybe delete cookies, try another browser and take a screenshot if the issue persists?

Hi @LazyBoy, The withdrawal on your account is pending to be approved, I see absolutely no request on your account. Could you make a screenshot showing the e-mail that you received and send it over via private message here in the community? It might help me in finding out what's happening.

Hi

I am trying to withdraw funds and but when I come to do so it stays my account is not verified and that I need to head to the 'verify account' page, however when I do I get the below message.

Verify Your Account
 
You are all set!

There are no pending documents or withdrawals on hold.

Enjoy our site.

Which I thought meant I could make withdrawals as I please so I am a little confused and unsure where to go from here.

Your account is indeed fully verified, no need to worry. Thank you for contacting us about this, I'll try to put your mind at ease a bit. The withdrawals are under "Pending" status which means that it needs an approval and they will be on their way to your account. As the person/department that can approve the withdrawal is not in on weekends, it will most probably happen by early next week. I have looped myself into the communication and will keep my eyes open for an update regarding this. I'll update you in this thread once I have a confirmation.

Update: @ZodiacThank you for your patience regarding this. I just got confirmation that all of your withdrawals have now been succesfully processed.

Hi @Skyfall_Dreamer, welcome to the Community :) I believe your account was updated with a document request not so long ago. You can attach and send the requested document for verification through your account. Once it's approved the blocks on the account will be automatically lifted.
