It is related to the credit card sent, the red one. We are missing the signed back, so when that is received I will be able to forward this to the relevant people. You can still upload it in your account I believe. I tried to upload both front and back of my card, but was only able to upload one at a time, then the button disappeared. I used the App. Now I uploaded the back. All is good in regards of the verification on your account. @Snickeriet, that is odd that you see the verification request as I am not able to locate it on your account. Everything is verified and accepted. Could you make a screenshot showing the e-mail that you received and send it over via private message here in the community? Thank you for contacting us about this, I'll try to put your mind at ease a bit. The withdrawals are under "Pending" status which means that it needs an approval and they will be on their way to your account. As the person/department that can approve the withdrawal is not in on weekends, it will most probably happen by early next week. I have looped myself into the communication and will keep my eyes open for an update regarding this. I'll update you in this thread once I have a confirmation.Update: @Zodiac, Thank you for your patience regarding this. You can attach and send the requested document for verification through your account. Once it's approved the blocks on the account will be automatically lifted.
