Captcha at login

Hello 😃

I did notice this Captha at loging in client did start showing up more often. In general don't have problem with that, but my Unibet client often crash (did try everything to fix it,  but sometimes while playing client just throw out message about connection lost and simply don't reconnect), so did get used to have Task Manager open while playing and kill app in processes immediately and just open client again and login fast to not get all my hands folded. But now few times Captcha did make it impossible to get back in right time :wonder::annoyed:

So please if you can change that captcha don't show up if you don't even put wrong password once. Or maybe just fix the client.

Hiya @PokerLady93... I had the same problem a while ago. I can suggest 2 options for you...

1. Play in the browser to avoid diconection issues & having hands folded for you... it's very anoying I know, esspecially if you had the nuts in the hand & it was a big pot.

2. Create a new  thread in the Help department in the Community. They will ask you for info on which system you using ( windows or Mac ect. ) & your operating system & some screen shots of logs & then they or one of the Community Members that are clued up with that sort of thing, will be able to advise you on what to do, so that the poker client does not crash anymore...
