GR1ZZL3R Posted August 1, 2018 Share Posted August 1, 2018 I seem to see day after day new members with queries putting a post in looking for help but with no name check of any of the mods like the more experienced members do. I don't know how busy you mods are and how often youscroll through all the posts, but anyone giving a name check seems to get answered more quickly, and I've never read anywhere that tagging is an option, so just wondering if that info could be built in somewhere to possibly help the newbies faster.😃 "How often have I said to you that when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth?" RayL Posted August 2, 2018 Share Posted August 2, 2018 @GR1ZZL3RÂ :) nice to see that you have taken a personal interest in facilitating a quick resolve.In the past months we monitored the help an support extensively, and we work with a system in which when there is a new thread or somebody respondes to an old one it pops up back in my work queue. The chance of missing something is slim. But it's true that when you guys tag and we get the notification we tend to click on it and answer straight away. Would be nice for it to be public knowledge, maybe I can modify the introduction of the "Help and Support" section.
