I had a look at your first bet and it seems that it was placed on Racing. In the terms and conditions of the Bonus I can see that there is a point in which it's specified that no racing bets will be considered as valid within this promotion:
"- *Place a sportsbook bet (except Racing) of £20+ or more at odds 3/5 (1.60) and once your bet is settled you will receive your free bets."
The reason behind is that our racing provider is different from the sportsbook one and the promotion can't technically be set up to monitor Racing Bets.
The offer is still available on your account so the next bet placed on any of the matches found in "Sports" will count towards completing this Bonus.

1) Eligibility to receive the bonus:

This offer is available to:
- New customers only.

- Located in United Kingdom

2) How to claim the welcome offer:
- Opt-in to the bonus during registration and make a first-time deposit of at least £10 (£9.70 via the Paysafe payment method).
- *Place a sportsbook bet (except Racing) of £20+ or more at odds 3/5 (1.60) and once your bet is settled you will receive your free bets.
- Bets placed on enhanced odds, profit boosts, or special boosted odds of any kind will not trigger the bonus.

- If you decide to use your sportsbook bet on multiples, each leg of the multiple must be minimum odds of 3/5 (1.60) or greater.
- Your £20 casino bonus will be credited to your account the next working day after you make your first deposit.
- Cashed out bets will not be valid for this promotion. If the cash out function is used on your qualifying bets, free bets will not be credited to your account.

3) Using your Free Bets:
- The £20 pre match free bet and the £20 in-play free bet will be available once your qualifying bet of £20+ is settled.

Breakdown of free bets are as follows:

Each free bet placed must have minimum odds of 3/5 (1.60) or greater.

- If you decide to use your free bet on multiples, each leg of the multiple must be minimum odds of 3/5 (1.60) or greater.

- You will receive the free bets regardless of whether your qualifying bets win or lose.

- Any returns from the free bets will not include the stake.
- There will be no wagering requirements on any winnings from the free bet.
- The free bet will appear when adding selections to your bet slip.

- The free bets will be valid for 7 days from the date you register.

4) Using your Casino Bonus:
- Your £20 casino bonus will be credited to your account the next working day after you make your first deposit.
