Hello. I am told to verify my account. I've tried 4 times now but I don't really understand why I am denied..

I am trying to withdraw with my credit card, do I then have to verify both credit card AND skrill???

if so, what is getting denied? And IF it is skrill that gets denied, PLEASE give me a step by step help... since the info I get on mail doesn't match skrill's website since they recently updated it? Thanks.

I did deposit my first time with Skrill and 2nd time with my MasterCard, but it seems meaningless to try with the card anymore I guess. Just the part that I have my 2nd card set as card on Skrill and my deposit card is not on Skrill, and I can’t add it either

Can I get in touch with a live chat or a phone number (Swedish phone. Chat doesn’t matter if English or Swedish)

because it’s such a problem I guess?

they want pictures of my card ending with 3456 and I can give them that. I can give them my Skrill information and ID etc etc. But my card with 3456 end is not linked to Skrill, and I can NOT add that card to Skrill..

i deposited first time with Skrill w my card ending on 1234 and then I deposited via card only with the 3456 card. I chose to withdraw with card, but now you say I can only withdraw with Skrill even if I chose withdraw With card?

I mean, it sounds right since they want me to prove my Skrill account. But so wrong since I chose to withdraw with card..

mans even if I provide Unibet with correct card and Skrill info, they won’t be able to send me the money via Skrill? Since the 3456 card isn’t added in Skrill.

Hi @mEAH, welcome to the Community :) you did good by contacting us, we are happy to help.
First and foremost, the below link is a tutorial on how to get in touch with Customer service.

Now for the verification, I see that there is your Skrill profile page requested and the signed backside of the card. Below is a visual representation of what exactly is needed to be covered and where a Credit card needs to be signed:

The reason why you Skrill wasn't accepted is because the screenshot is taken on a Mobile device which lacks some details. Taking a screnshot from your PC should solve that. Please note that your Skrill account needs to be verified for it to be accepted. For more info rergarding Skrill verification have a look here: https://www.skrill.com/en/support#/path/ACCOUNT/Limits/905759872/How-to-verify-my-account-and-increase-my-limits.htm

Now for the verification and where to send the documents, I see there is still the op0tion to upload them directly in your account, feel free to use that channel and let us know once it's done here in this thread by tagging me with @ . I'll be happy to have a look and speed up the verification process.

@RayL I think I managed to get the skrill completely done. I took some extra Screenshots. I might have focked it though... Please do tell if it was incorrect.
Thank you for letting me know about the card, I had no idea that the card needed to be signed, EVEN if it said with BIG fecken letters on the card, that it needed to be signed to be valid. Thanks bud, tell me if I need to fix something else! :)

Hey @mEAH, I can confirm that everything is accepted and the verification is over, thank you for being so swift with the responses and the documents :)

I know it's not common knowledge that a card needs to be signed. I didn't know about it until I got hired in Gaming even though it is indeed written on the back of every card that "Not valid without authorized signature".

It was my pleasure helping out :) let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

Hi @bgb94, welcome to the Community :)

Although we would love to, we are currently unable to offer our services on US soil. The block on your account derives from accessing the page from a US IP and the system restricted the activity. Our colleagues on Live Chat would be able to point you in the right direction regarding a resolution.

Let us know if we can do anything from our end.
