Hey there,

 

I have been required to send in verification for my account and one of the documents was accepted but my internet bill was rejected as a POA and I dont know why? 

 

I am sending in another official government document now and would appreciate if any of the community managers can take a look into this.

Just received another message saying document has been rejected, and I do not know why.

 

I have since sent : a bank statement

- my internet bill

- my tax form

- my tax rebate form

 

and I keep getting a message that it was rejected and I dont know why

@DJB, I see that what is requested in your account is a Bank statement showing your full name together with the address and the IBAN. You can send this to contact@unibetcommunity.com and I can attach it to the account and send it to be verified ASAP.

@RayLHi Ray,

 

I am constantly having a back and forth with the Support and verification department and quite frankly this is getting very distressing as I have taken so much time off work in the past 3 days just to get all of this done ASAP

 

To date I have sent: Skrill screenshot

Bank statement

Old bank statement

Proof of ID

Old Skrill transaction proof

POA

Utility bills

Internet bills

 

And yet they refuse to just accept it, this is taking way too long and I would really appreciate if something can be done.

I am still in a limbo and have provided every document that has been asked of me and there is always something that leads them to reject it.

I dont have time to take off anymore and quite frankly Im being asked to move mountains here. Every document that has been asked of me i have provided and more and the verification team still asks for more. 

I thought Unibet was among the top when it came to customer service, and quite frankly now, I am not getting the best service at all and am quite disappointed.
