Balance after winning

I put 100kr on France winning the World Cup with an odds of 8.00. Therefore I Wonder why the potensial outpay was only 625kr. It is clear to see that I miss 175kr of the correct outpay. I addition, I only got paid 590kr, and that is not okay. I am sure you see where this is a problem. I reccomend that you pay me back what I’ve won, or Else you will hear more from me. As a big betting bookie, this is not accepted. 210kr may not seem as a Big amount, but the prinsipple is to pay the correct amount!

Hi @Vikenes98 and welcome to the community - We fully agree that payout of bets should always be correct and in accordance with the rules set up :)

I checked the bet with our sportsbook and the explanation for the payout is that it was an "Each Way" bet as described here in our Terms & Conditions:

So you backed the bet according to the each way system. This means that the 100kr you played needs to be divided in two. The first 50kr is multiplied by 8, which results in 400kr, then for the other 50kr, the 8 needs to be decreased by 1, divided  by 2 and then the 1 added again, which will result, in 4.5 multiplied by 50. When the 400kr and and 225kr are added together, they mount up to the 625kr in payout.

I can agree upon that. But that does not apply to my other question; Why I have only got 590kr in balance, when I have not made any other bet after winning that bet. I am in doubt how much I had before the bet was won, but definetly more than -35kr (590kr - 625kr). Can you explain this? In order for it do be explained normal, IT would have meant I had -35kr, winning 625kr, which gives me 590kr. This does not make any sense...?

@Vikenes98 The bet was paid out over two instances, 225kr was paid out on the 10th at 22:11 and the remaining 400kr on the 15th. In the time between you've played other bets and products which leads to the final balance of 590kr after the 400kr payout. I don't want to publicize your gaming history here, but if you check the history in your account menu from the 10th until the 15th you'll see how it ocmes to 590kr as total balance :)
