i'm getting error msg when trying to play bonanza both on my computer and the app on phone.  The player's session is not valid.

Sorry to hear that @Overcame! Are you playing from your home country or are you perhaps travelling or using a VPN? Have you experienced this error in the past, either on this game or another? Was this the only game this error was happening on?
It's the only report we've heard on this error, so appears to be something rather specific to your experience - but nonetheless we need to try and figure it out :)

Yeah  playing from my home country, bonanza is the only game that have that issue.  Have tried different computers and phone ,the error occurs on all.

Thanks for the update @Overcame, I've reached out to the Casino team to hear if they've heard of others(perhaps through the live chat agents) who are experiencing the same, or whether they know of a possible fix. It seems as bit of a head scratcher though if its only you getting this and only being on one game :wow:
