Money disappearing from account

Hi! Lately I've only been playing freerolls, and yet every time I log in I see a few cents have disappeared from my account. I have no idea why. Am I being charged for frerolls as well. Though 10 cents more or less may be insignificant to many, I look at this very severely and need tp find out what is going on if I am to stay at Unibet. Hope someone can explain this to me. Thanks in advance!

It's just currency exchange fluctuations, your main account (on the website) must have a different currency than the pokerclient which is in euro. Currency exchanges change every day and with it your "euro balance" will fluctuate a few cents. If you keep track of your local currency balance on the website you will notice that that remains the same. This question has been asked many times and it's always because of this 😃

This is probably the one thing i dont like about Unibet :)

I have account in my country currency (sportsbook), poker is in euro. Sometimes i have this session that i somehow recover from some really big losses to make a little profit, then after logout and login this profit is gone. I know in Sportsbook in my country currency the amount is right and Unibet is not stealing 🤣 but this is sometimes very tilting. The fluctuations in my bankroll take sometimes + -15e. To not see this i just dont logout before goin to sleep :scared:.

Changing account to euro would be the solution but somehow Unibet insist on keeping account in currency that account is registered in even if know people in my country that are using account in euro (they probably registered account in euro though). Why this little change is not possible after the fact? Unibet isnt even legal in my country, so why do they care in which currency my account is :) I would bet in sportsbook in euro, make withtrawals without exchange fee etc.  They are flexible with everything but somehow not this.

@JeppeL

Thank you, but i did ask about it year ago or so and Unibet was adamant about it and im pretty used to it even if possibility to change the account to euro would be great. There are many people like me here, not only from my country. However, with new account i would need close this one make whole bankroll cashout, then deposit, what would happen with tickets, points etc....Too much work :) If i could register with referer i would go for it though, cause there is this sweet promo on one site ;)....So, anyway thanks for help.
