Hey, i have problema with my account. Egen i try to add deposit, the app asks me to verify my account, then when i enter the settings to verify,  it says Thang everhthing is fine. But when i try to add the deposit again, the same Thing happens. Could tok fix this problem? Thank you.

Hi @Johnnylian and welcome to the community :)

I've changed something on the account, but I'm not fully sure if the verification will be working for you now, could you please have a look in your account menu again and let us know :)

Welcome to the Community guys :) so, the blocks on your accounts might have signaled that they are identical to the ones mentioned above but they were unrelated, I'll explain.
@Eggenheim your account triggered the block due to the use of a VPN so in the case you are using that service to stream it would be a good idea to switch it off when logging in to your Unibet account.
@Nilo your block was created due to unsuccesfull deposit attempts, the blocks are removed now. I would advise you to double check with you bank and clarify your card details and retry. It seems the CVV code was implemented wrongly.
Let us know if everything is fine now.

Should be solved now @ackafellah, the blocks were created due to multiple failed deposits in rapid succession. I would advise you to have a look at the accuracy of the details that are implemented in our systems and if everything is fine then your bank might be able to tell you more.

Got exactly the same problem.Could anyway just try to help me out with this please? Cheers

Hi @Akinrimsi69, welcome to the Community :)

The reason of the block is an ongoing verification in this case. The request id for an ID and a Proof of address. You can now upload these documents directly in your account now and below I've left you a broader explanation over how exactly to capture the documents:
