Hi, I didn't get my welcome bonus... how can I solve this problem ? I made 1st deposit, I bet  20 £ and I get only my winning

You registered a couple of days ago and I can see that neither when you registered, neither when you placed your first bet was there a Bonus on your account. Which in this case does not affect you in any way. Basically you have registered, not accepted a bonus, placed a bet and almost tripled your initial bet :) which is cash on your account at the moment.
What happened after is that you have accepted the Bonus which I have attached the terms and conditions below, which by the way is still active, so if you still wish to play it, The Live Football Studio is the way to go. If not, and you wish to use the welcome offer which is a Risk Free Bet, let me know, I can cancel whatever is on the account now and add the Welcome offer.
