Bet not voided,no bonus awarded

I am a new customer,who made a single bet but I think it should be void,as the rider did not compete in the event.

In addition,I have not received credit for the free bets.

I cannot find any way of directly contacting Unibet.

Any help will be much appreciated

I've sent the bet for a check at our Sportsbook, we'll update here once we hear back from them.

@sjdocman Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, on "Outright" bets there's no refund if a participant does not compete and that's why the bet wasn't voided automatically. Here's the official rule from our betting Terms & Conditions:

") When placing "Outright" or "Place" bets, no stakes will be refunded on participants/outcomes that are not participating or withdrawing from an event (both prior and during), unless otherwise stated. Unibet reserves the right, at its own discretion, to apply Tattersalls Rule 4 on any competition and this will be stated in correlation to the bet offer and/or the relevant Sportspecific rule"
