Unibet supports casinohuone?

Yeah, i know it is kindred. Like maria and igame, whom i´ve had lc today with. Surprice it was same ***** (don´t want to mention her, might be nice girl) that spoke with me and was not up to her job. Just saying that kindreds principles for lc and cs (except community ofc) are all wrong and the one that has made a decision about this this, should be kicked so far that no one finds him/her.

Hi!

Lifting this old thread wanting to ask couple of things about Casinohuone; I thought this would be appropriate given that both Unibet and Casinohuone are Kindred.

How many of you (Finnish guys) have an account on Casinohuone?

I created my account last Sunday. The first email I received from them was that my account has been frozen (due to some routine inspections or because my account has not yet been verified). However, I verified my account via my personal online banking codes and Casinohuone My Account page states that my account is verified and all the necessary documentation has been provided. But when I, for instance, try to deposit money on the site it informs that my account needs to be verified.

So I contacted the Casinohuone customer service and their explanation was that their system had automatically blocked my account and that they will look into it. It has gone two days now and I have received no further information yet and my account is obviously still frozen. Has anyone here faced similar situation? 

I will probably be writing to Casinohuone customer service again today if their reply carries (some of my welcome bonuses and “Kesakaravaanarit-promotion” are expiring due to the fact that I can’t do anything there).

I suggest you do that, no help from here. 

At least for me they didn't extend welcome bonus while acco was frozen so sooner you get it sorted the better....

Just wanted to inform you guys here: nothing has changed with my account status at Casinohuone! I have made written couple follow-up emails of which two latest hasn't received no answer. It’s been eleven days now since I created my account there and it's been frozen from the beginning!

Maybe I’ll give one shot at this (write one email to them). If it does not count, I just leave Casinohuone alone. Don’t have time to play games...
