Hi @Gurgi,

We sent the withdrawal yesterday, so if not received then it should be on the way to your bank account. If you don't get it within 3-5 business days because of an error in the transaction between the banks, then please send a screenshot to your local customer support email(let me know if you don't have the address) from your bank account dating back to yesteday to confirm this. Then we can look into it with the Payments provider in question and find out what happened.
