Even though this bet has now finallly been corrected and paid out, it still leaves a bad aftertaste.

The fact that it is not possible anymore to contact someone from Unibet by phone or by chat gives a feeling of being ''left alone in the desert''. I posted 2 questions on this ''community'' insrument which both remained without reply.

This just does not seem a correct way to handle complaints from customers.

When I read several postings on this ''community'' it seems that I am not alone with this opinion.

In the past I had some problems with cash desposits which did not appear on the account, which luckily were settled quickly and efficiently by the Unibet staff member on the other side of the chat.

Should in future a deposit go wrong again, I fear the worst how this will be solved.

Hi @021093 and welcome to the community :)

You're absolutely right that you should be in able to get in touch with a live customer support agent, and the good news is that you still can, all you have to do is select a category within the help center and go from there -  I've made an example of how to do so when experiencing an incorrectly settled bet in the thread here: https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/Help-Support/brain-dead-idea/m-p/166115#M10270 :)

@JeppeLProbably better for you to just quickly do a permanent and clearly titled how-to topic for the subject, cos that title is not the first thing that comes in mind when searching for the answer about how to contact live chat for betting problems 😏 Just saying..
