021093 Posted July 2, 2018 Share Posted July 2, 2018 Even though this bet has now finallly been corrected and paid out, it still leaves a bad aftertaste.The fact that it is not possible anymore to contact someone from Unibet by phone or by chat gives a feeling of being ''left alone in the desert''. I posted 2 questions on this ''community'' insrument which both remained without reply.This just does not seem a correct way to handle complaints from customers.When I read several postings on this ''community'' it seems that I am not alone with this opinion.In the past I had some problems with cash desposits which did not appear on the account, which luckily were settled quickly and efficiently by the Unibet staff member on the other side of the chat.Should in future a deposit go wrong again, I fear the worst how this will be solved.
