It happens again. Keeps telling me that I´m not logged in but I AM! Almost impossible to place bets. REALLY frustrating during matches :(

 

....and now I cannot login at all...  :( :( :(

I guess it has something to do with the servers getting overloaded and I would like Unibet to do something about it before next VM-games starts. Please??? It really gets me frustrated :(   @JeppeL or any other with knowledge about this?

Yeah, exactly. And of course im logged in, but after a few seconds it gives me this message. Losing to many important good odds due to this. And it has been this week , but not that often...And last year it had a period of time when it lasted 6 days for me.

First of all i think Monique did a great job. Not her fault....

Same thing happen me today I tried for 5min to cashout but to no luck at all. I logged in and tried as quick as i cud to open my bets and then boom i was logged out. I blame unibet for this and i expect them to give me back my money because i was on the helpchat at the same time asking them to fix it and why the f...k not I cudn't cashout when I cud cashout with a nice profit before i ofc got logged out time after time. Still haven't heard from them on mail and i regret not using the national lottery system today. I think it's amatur that they did not fix the bugs from a couple of days ago when i had some of the same problems only then I did a bad bet i cud only blame myself. But this time FFS i tried to cashout with a nice profit and then planning to go all inn on Bayern. BUT ofc WHyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy today! Very very angry and not cool at all from unibet. I hope they fix this and compensaite at least me and the rest who just tried to do the right thing. System failure can not be on our expence. Spes when I'm on the chat at the same time begging the guy to fix it quick as hell.

@JeppeL , It is still happening now...at 3 AM. So over 8 hours of continuous log outs just today. For someone like me, who uses a lot "in play" bets, this is a nightmare. And to see how relax you are "taking care" of this bug, which is an extrely priority one, just wow's me, at least.

And like the previous comment said, system failure can not be put on your customer expense and i expect a reasonable resolution for this, for me and for all who were affected by your provider. Besides the all the good value lost, you have to think about the frustration that your customer have to take , due to this problem. 

Like i've said before, this is not a new one, you have this before, you had this last year for almost a week and in the end , the response was that you have no clue from where the problem comes, you had it a few days ago and all during this week , and still....seems like there is no real concern about something like this from your side ( Unibet, not you guys in the community! ). Reayly disapointed by this! If it's not the Poker client, it's the sports section .

And yeah, if i try to place pre match bets, just to have a chance in those 40 seconds before the system log me out, guess what....all of your pre match selection in tennis are so bad, with just 1 ( one ) option to choose from. Posted about this, but , no reaction.

I agree and i expect this to be handled professionally from Unibet. I've never had this problem before and I certainly hope not to ever experience it again. You mention having problems before AndreiBN? How did they compansate you?

Yes , @psrquack , seen that before. And also lately, there is a new one. In the list of games, there is a countdown of when the next match will start, but i ve seen this very often this and last week , that some matches are underway for many minutes, but there is still a countdown to when the match it will start 🤣. Don't really bother writing reports about that, cause sometimes it feels just wasting my time. But this one , with the logging outs is just terrible, and like i've said in my previous post, just be top priority for the sports team. Doesn't feel like that tho, so ...more stress and frustration for us , i guess. :)

Had these a few times before @FUP, that's true. One big issues with this problem was last year, in the summer , i my memory doesn't fail me. Had problems for almost a whole week, and others just a couple of days . Will try and look for the thread. Not quite sure how i was compensate, but the guys here in the community really did the best to solve this for me and to keep me happy, so in this regard i can only appreciate their effort every time. But it is not their fault and and with some issues their hands are tied, so we can only hope...

Guess the problem comes from the provider, Kambi, and they are the ones who should compensate all the players affected by this, ut i really don't know the terms of their contract with Unibet and how they handle this situations, but for us, as customers, we just have Unibet to blame, cause on their site we spend the time and our money.

How can you not remeber how they compensated you? It's your money we're taking about. Did you have any games in play at that moment? I just wonder because of own situation. I just expect that they give me at least my money back on what put in the games at first place. I can accept loosing the profit. It just irritates me that it all takes so long time to get an answer and my money back. Like now I have to play NHL on an other site. Go Boston!

There seems to be bugs out not as we speak as well for some reason? What's going on unibet? A friend of mine tried to cancel his withdrwalto play some live. But There are some bugs there now. Just a big laugh
