How long will it take to verify account

Hi all,

I have sent the photo of my credit card bill as proof of address a week ago. However, the verfication is still pending. 

Did it usually take so long to verify address?

Hi @Stanley and welcome to the Community. :)

Verification times usually depend on a number of factors and one of the main reasons of a delay is the type of document. I see we requested a Proof of address with an English translation on it which was provided now. I am happy to say that your documents were approved and your account is now verified :)

I do believe that money laundering or fraud can be done from the deposit not just the withdrawals which you seem to be holding not just for myself but all the other customers on here. I have been contacting the team everyday in regards to this as I have been provided incorrect information from the offset for which I have to then get back to contact for another team member to confirm that it’s incorrect. 
I do believe it is a breach of you withhold a customers funds when you have had adequate time to ask for verification before a withdrawal which in my case you definitely did. 
so I can deposit and you can take as much money as you like and I could be anybody from anywhere but when I want to withdraw to MY bank account which is already verified it becomes a problem. 

i was recommended to unibet which i believed was a good choice. I am now waiting for emails and your security team to verify documents that prove it’s me when my bank card has been authorised to where I make the withdrawals too.
