Hi, I havent played on Unibet for a while, so  last night I won a bonus bet, and when I tried to withdraw the money I saw that the only option is the card that I do not use anymore. So I saw that I can only withdraw to a different card which has made a deposit. But, when I tried to deposit with my current card, it said there is a problem, even though it is a perfectly working card which I use daily.

And now, when I even try to click deposit it says You have to verify your account, but when I go to the verify account option, it says that everything is okay and that the account is verified. Help, this is really starting to irritate me!

Hi @winner2049 and @koopa, welcome to the Community :)
@winner2049, the message that you see on your account when trying to check the verification status is indeed " You are verified". It's a bit confusing for players I get that.
The reason that shows is because at the moment there are no document requests on your account. This doesn't mean that in the future a verification won't take place, I hope this sheds a bit of light on it.
@koopa, Apologies for the confusion first of all, the messages received are indeed mixed and they can be frustrating.
The messages received are due to somewhat unrelated issues even though the word "issue" is a bit harsh to what this is :)
So, Your deposits didn't go through because your bank did not approve them, this way creating a block in your Unibet account. This Block can be removed by sending in the picture of the card you last tried to deposit with.
Now in terms of withdrawal the inconvenient is the following. By depositing with a VISA card, you have the option to withdraw any winnings exclusively to the same VISA but I see you mentioned that you don't use it anymore. Is it because it expired/it's lost or you just don't want to use it with Unibet anymore? If you still have access to it I would advise withdrawing all the winnings to the "old" VISA and starting an new depositing history with the new one after.
If you don't have access to the card you can withdraw the funds via Bank Transfer but not to the new VISA.
All of the above will be possible after the new Card is verified, until then the transactions are not possible. Below is a picture of a properly signed and covered card for your reference and you can upload it directly in your account.
Let me know if you have any questions.1028568774_cardtruncation.jpg.ed3b571990c4919e313f1cc9dfafe237.jpg

I wanted to deposit with the new card since I do not own the old card as I have stopped being the client of a bank, thus losing the option of using their card. Therefore, I can not withdraw to that card. I was planning to deposit some money with a new, perfectly working card, bet a little, then withdraw the money to the new card, but for some reason, it said money can not be deposited because of some problem.

Now the verification window was open, and I have uploaded my card and hopefully the problem will be resolved so I can continue betting on Unibet in the future, of course with the ability to withdraw my money afterwards, to the new VISA, since I will have used it first, then withdraw my money.

Cheers

Hi @koopa, thank you for the explanation. Indeed we have received the card but unfortunately the backside is not signed and this way it can't be accepted. On it's back we can observe "Not valid unless signed". Would it be possible to sign the backside as shown in the illustration above?

Furthermore regarding documents, I can see that it is not only the signed Credit card requested but a picture if your ID front and back and a proof of address. I apologize for that, it was my error missing that part of the verification. A proof of address can be a PDF downloaded bank statement, utility bills, internet bills or tax returns. These documents are accepted when not older than 3 months.

After double checking with the Security Department, the withdrawal won't be possible on the new card as mentioned above. The deposits that arrived from the old card can be withdrawn via "Bank Transfer" on your personal bank account of your choosing.

The deposit with the new card on the other hand, failed because the bank denied the payment. I can see an error in our systems saying "Incorrect card details implemented" so I would advise you to contact them after this verification is over for more information but to me it looks like the CVV code on the back of the card was incorrectly implemented multiple times thus resulting in the block but there is a possibility that the bank blocks deposits to betting sites. This can be easily fixed by giving them a heads up that you intend on betting.

Let me know once the signed back of the card is uploaded together with the rest of the documents and I'll see to getting them approved ASAP.

Wow, so much fuss haha

First of all, I dont have any PDF bank statements, and no house utility bills are on my name since I live with my parents and its their house, therefore their bills. I uploaded my drivers license so hopefully that will do the trick.

Secondly, should I just sign the card I have with a regular pen, or what?

I will also go to my bank and give them a heads up about wanting to use the card for betting, so maybe they can enable the card for use with Unibet. I should probably also ask them about the details for withdrawing money via Bank transfer because that obviously seems as the only possible way I will be able to get my money..

Thanks for your help anyway, hope we wrap this up soon

I have never so far encountered a situation where anyone told me the card needs to be signed.

Anyway, I signed it and uploaded the new photos of it to the verification part, so I hope now it can be accepted.

Hi @koopa, Thanks for the Driving License and the Credit card. Both have been accepted by the relevant department.

However the Proof of address is still missing (The bank statement). The address on your Driving License can't be accepted due to the fact that it was issued longer than 3 months ago.

The request is not necessarily for a PDF, I suggested it because usually it's easier to log into your netbanking and download one than actually going to the bank office. One that has been issued at the bank or it was received by post can also be accepted. A picture taken with your mobile device showing clearly the document and all 4 corners is what's essentially needed. Whichever it's easier for you.

@winner2049 in essence yes, until there is actual activity on the account there is nothing to verify but it would be inaccurate to say that the verification starts only when you withdraw. It can happen after the deposit, as @Livertool mentioned, there are allot of variables.

Ok, I will go to the municipality on monday and ask them to issue me a document which states my proof of address, so that should solve that issue, and also go to the bank to ask them to unblock my card for betting purposes.

Thanks for the answers Ray, appreciate your help :)

Hey @koopa, it's my pleasure to help out and thanks allot for your cooperation in this case.

I can see the document requested was sent a couple minutes ago and a colleague from the security department has approved it :)

I'm happy to say that the verification was a success.

Thanks for your patience and help, I am glad that this problem was solved.

However, on the other hand, I now have a different issue.

I went to my bank this morning, and they told me that online betting is banned and I cant use my card anymore. Should I then use the bank transfer way to pay out my money?

I'm sorry to hear that @koopa indeed it makes the depositing a bit more difficult.

I would advise you to double check with the bank on the possibility of Bank transfers. Once they declined the possibility of depositing to a betting site I am not sure if regardless of the financial channel used they will process it.

One option I can see on your account, actually 2 options are Skrill and Netteller.

They are widely used throughout the industry and most of the players are realy satisfied with their services.

Just a heads up in the case that you will use one of the e-wallets mentioned above, you will need to verify the e-wallet as seen in the link below and provide the screenshot of the profile page showing the registered details and that the account is verified.

Let me know if you have additional questions regarding this.

Hi @Harymastah, welcome to the Community :)

The verification message on your account as caused by a deposit block on your account. These blocks are created when the bank declines a deposit multiple times in short succession. The blocks are removed now :) so from our end you are all set.

I contacted chat customer service (which was EXTREMELY hard to find) and they fixed the problem. They could not tell why the account was blocked, because all the needed documents were sent and fine.
