What I can see on your account is that a bet was payed out this afternoon in the total value of 56.25 SEK (Mexico-Sweden) and after 2 spins of 20 kr were made on Gonzo's quest second one winning 4kr, balance was updated to 20.25 and after, a last spin of 20 kr is made resulting in the balance that you see now on your account.

What? I got a sms that said, you got 8 freespins on Gonzo’s than i won like 9 kr more, than I tried to close it down but the site just crashed. So u say that when the site crashed, all my money did played themselfs away? I am very sad that something like this can happen on a big bettingsite like Unibet, I used to loved it until now..

@Simpa, I am sorry you feel this way, I can assure you that the site doesn't just play by it's self.

What happens when you win Free Spins and bonus money from them is that a Wagering Requirement is necessary in order to complete the Bonus. What most probably happened is that after playing the Free Rounds is that the slot sent a notification that play will continue from real money. How did that error message look like, or what exactly happened during that crash? I can understand that wagering of the Bonus money deriving from Free Spins is somewhat difficult and can result in players being dissatisfied, which is why I added you a 10 euro Bonus now and would like to ask you to be a bit more specific on the crash mentioned in order to investigate.

I really dont know what happen with the site, it just closed down to my homescreen then I look just open safari again and then all my money was gone. I most have pressad on the Wheel again or something.. but how all my money just was gone did my very confuesd. Thanks alot for the bonus u gave me!
