I have been hit with four separate verification points. I have successfully cleared two of them. Call me cynical, but its strange that I was able to deposit 5k with no verification, then when I got lucky and hit two straight flushes in a week I cant get my winnings out. 

I am waiting on a response for my address and PayPal verifications.

If the current verifications are going to be rejected can you have customer services send a detailed email describing to the letter exactly what is required please?

I look forward to clearing this misunderstanding up in an amicable and friendly way, without having to involve a third party such as askgamblers.com.
