The transaction times usually depend on the payment provider used, for example a deposit with VISA will arrive quicker than a Bank Transfer. Usually in cases like this if you would like us to investigate, we require a bank statement showing the deposit initiated to Unibet and based on that we can contact the payment providers to investigate.
