Hi @MelissaV6 and welcome to the Community. The last deposit I see made in your account is the one from yesterday 21/06/18 11:12.

The transaction times usually depend on the payment provider used, for example a deposit with VISA will arrive quicker than a Bank Transfer.

Usually in cases like this if you would like us to investigate, we require a bank statement showing the deposit initiated to Unibet and based on that we can contact the payment providers to investigate. You an send the Bank Statement to contact@unibetcommunity.com and I'll pick it up from there.
