I have had the same problem and had an argument with a woman over the live chat who told me if I had opted in, it would show on the system but i 100% definitely did press opt in because I went through the link on the email. They are now refusing to give me the £10 free bet which I qualified for, very frustrating!!!

Hi @washdog96 and @mut2ley welcome to the Community :), could you guys share a link of the promotion you are trying to opt in and not succeeding? I'll gladly have a look and opt you guys in manually if need bee.

Update: A player from the market that you guys are playing from confiormed the opt in issue is fixed, could you guys try deleting cookies and cache and re trying the opt in?
Let me know how it goes and if it doesn't then the above request for a link and manual opt in stands :)

Hi Ray, thank you for the welcome. I don't have a link but it was the Argentina Croatia game where the promo was: bet on a 2/1 or above shot and get a free £10 bet if you win. The same thing happened on  my previous world cup game where I opted in and it didn't work but the chat person sorted it out. There is obviously a glitch and as washdog said it is frustrating, especially when support say you didn't do what you know you did and you get denied the £10 bet to boot. You say it has been sorted, so there was an issue then.

Hi @mut2ley, thanks for the additional information provided, I had a closer look and I see the bet that would have made you eligible for this bonus was indeed placed.
There were a couple of reports of players not being to opt in and and it was lead back to Browser or internet provider issues as no errors were reported.
I've added you the Free Bet nonetheless :) could you have a look at deleting Cookies and Cache and maybe using another browser next time?

@washdog96, I see Customer Service added your Free bet already :) Good luck with it.

Hi Ray,

That is very good of you to follow this up and put it right, great customer service. I will delete my cache and cookies but I find chrome has more problems for me than Mozilla, so I nearly always use that.

Yes, I remember some opt-in troubles for past promos - thankfully everything was sorted out by @RayL  😃

@mut2ley  in such cases Chrome was the better option for me. There shouldn't be add-ons and extensions enabled - the add-blockers (and not only) might mess with the scripts on the page.
