Hi @Michael, and welcome to the Community. The issue has an easy fix and I will be able to help you as soon as I have a reply from you.

The reason for the block is the e-mail address, protonmail being one of the few not accepted on Unibet for security reasons. Do you maybe have a gmail, yahoo or outlook that I can register in your account? That would solve the issue instantly.

Feel free to Private message me with it so you don't share it publicly here.

I quickly edited the e-mail address as I am not sure if you would like out in public :)

I've updated the information in your account and the site should 100% be up and running.
