Entered incorrect country of residence

Hi,

When setting up my account i entered the wrong country of residence, and i can’t seem to change it. Any help with this?

Hi @Kroiter, thank you for contacting us about this adjustment.

It can definitely be solved, no worries about that :) I'll chase down first thing tomorrow what needs to be done in order to set you up completely, I might return with a document request for an ID and a Proof of address and once accepted the details will be adjusted manually.

Hi @MJ, welcome to the Community :) We have closed the account and you can create a new one now. Just make sure you use https://www.unibet.eu/ for the registration :)

Hi when setting my account up I selected the wrong country of residence and now I cannot deposit,is there any way I can fix this?

Hi @Dan2, welcome to the Community. :)

I see you have registered through the .com site which means the country you are playing from won't be in the list because it's a locally regulated market.

I've requested your account to be closed and deleted the details now, you can now go to https://www.unibet.ie/ and create a new account with all the correct details.
