Verification asks for old credit card

So, my Unibet account is telling me I have to verify my account. It tells me to upload photos of a credit card that I have gotten rid of since I changed bank. I have made deposits with my new card since then but it still tells me to verify my old card. This is not possible since I don't have the card anymore... What to do?

@kattkorven, welcome to the community :)

You can just ask the bank for a proof of ownership of the old card. The bank must give you this. Even though you don’t have the card anymore, it’s been used on your account, and Unibet want to verify ownership of said card.

@kattkorven If the old card has been used for transactions made in the period the credit card request is for, then that card/ownership of the card is what is must be confirmed :)

Alright. I had to visit my bank in person to get the required document. I have uploaded the document and really hope Unibet will deal with it swiftly now.
