Put in 100SEK and got 500 bonus money in SEK.

Ok so i became a member and put in 100 SEK got the bonus, all good. I had 100 cash and 500 bonus cash. 

 

NOW THE PROBLEM 

I placed first bet sweden to win vs korea odds, 4,2 so i placed 100sek the "real" money.

- After this bet my account said i had just 500 bonus cash. 

 

AFTER THE GAME Sweden won and ALL my money turned into bonus cash ??? WTF i won bet and i cant take anything out! I have now 920 bonus cash !??

Look at this screenshot ... I Should have 420 cash and 500bonus cash. NOT ALL 920 bonus cash, WHY cant i take any out ??

Hey @eeemiil , Welcome to the community.

You have to turn over the initial deposit a few times before being able to withdraw.All the betting sites have this wagering requirements, due to a number of reasons.Just read the T%C of the  active bonus and you will be able to understand it. And you can see how much left you have to wager before any withdraw.

@eeemiil Just adding some information here as well, it's mostly visual from your side that the balance is fully cash, from our side you have cash balance, bonus balance and restricted balance. The winnings gets added to the restricted balance because the bonus is active and the money used to place the bet was restriced as well. If you asked to have the bonus cancelled now, we'd remove the 500kr and you'd have the 420kr available all as cash - I hope it clears up the frustration :)

when i registerd i was asked if i wanted the bonus and I said no.

I placed a bet Eng-Tun 100kr

Won this bet and when i looked at my account i saw the bonus was registerd

When i look at my account tonight i had 500kr as bonus that i Said no to at first? Why is that?

@Mrmountain75 Thanks for letting us know, it does indeed sounds strange and we'll keep an eye out if we get a lot of reports on this. Lots of people are signing up these days using the welcome bonus or not as they intended, but as it's an easy yes or no option there shouldn't be errors. I would've removed the bonus for you, but I see it's already been done by a Customer Service rep :)

I removed the bonus because i didn't want it. What i noticed when I did this you took away my money i won on Eng-Tun. Thats not ok, I played with money i put in to my account not bonusmoney

Hi @Mrmountain75, i'll try and shed some light on this for you.
Once the Bonus is accepted and the deposit is made, the easiest way to understand a bonus is if we regard it as a whole, an amount which has to be wagered.
Your deposited money being tied to the bonus and the bet placed on England-Tunis placed from that amount, when you canceled the Bonus it basically canceled the bet as well, leaving you with the amount originally deposited.
