Scam ?? Cant withdraw money...

Hi,

Juste created acount, had bonus, bet for clear the bonus, bonus return into money, after that i try withdraw everything ok, until my account bloqued because they need to verify my account... I sent My ID card and still waiting... What the problem ?  5 days during still waiting

@OnedaJ89, do you think a scam site would let you post something like this on a public community they run? :)

I’m sure an employee will get back to you soon. Obviously sucks waiting, but rest assured that you will get the money :) they’re probably pretty busy because of the World Cup

Interesting you would use the word "scam" in your headline for the thread @OnedaJ89, let me ask you: Why was your withdrawal attempts done to a bank account in another name than your own?

The Player Safety department is requesting the above information, as well as a proof of your initial deposit where we can see the name of the account the deposit was done from. If you could please send this to contact@unibetcommunity.com or your local Customer Support email, we'll pass it on to the Player Safety department for appproval and handling.

Sorry that you've not received an email on this directly from customer support yet, the document was checked yesterday afternoon and the request for extra information as well that's in que to be sent out from their department.
