Balance from Stan James account has not been moved to my Unibet account

I had funds in my Stan James account before it became a Unibet account. My Unibet balance is £0.00.

Hi @dm1357, this is an easy fix but I am unable to access the StanJames servers myself.

Would it be ok if I contact the UK team first thing in the morning and get back to you?

@dm1357, The guys over at the UK Customer service had a look at your old StanJames account and there is so outstanding balance on it unfortunately.
