comanimal
@MarcoV @RayL Not a revolutonary new idea over here, but I was just thinking that maybe it would be wise to at least temporarily close the ticket exchange forum to avoid some confusion amongst the new users who are still posting there with an obvious expectation to get their tickets exchanged. RayL
Thanks for the tag @xdiediex1 :)I'll have a word with Jeppe about this @comanimal, maybe we can add a welcome message to that particular section of the Community informing players that it's no longer available and block creating new topics and replies. Simply closing it I think it would generate unnecesary traffic in other sections. Thanks for the idea, will look into it if something can be done :)/Ray Former Community Moderator
PersonJ
Great idea! Please make this visible :) I also made a topic there to change my ticket. Haven't played for a while and haven't been in community for a while as well. Found out about this new ticket exchange policy later, when I had nowhere tou use my 100 EUR ticket anymore. Right now, to find the new policy you have to check "general poker" (why not in ticket exchange?) then scroll down to find the newpolicy, beccause it's not in the top. The first topic in "ticket exchange is in some weird reason "Unibet Online Series ticket exchange rules!" So of course, if a person wants to change his/her ticket he/she is going to check the "ticket exchange" topic and if there is no information about new policy, it's common sense to think that nothing has changed. I like unibet and what you have done and everything...and I'm not usually whining, but this pissed me off. So to not piss of others, it would be great to make it visible :)
System32
Hi, I suggest that those who want to change UOS tickets would allow it, because it is a limited time series (june 10th). Thank you
JeppeL
@comanimal @PersonJ I've stickied the topic again in the poker section so it's now towards the top, we had it there for quite a while but a bit longer won't hurt :)Also, I've enabled so you can't respond on the board, but atm I'm actually a bit uncertain if it also covers new topics created../Jeppe Former Community Manager
RayL
@PersonJ, I had a look in our community setup and unfortunately there is no way I could put a benner up only on the ticket exchange board. I've created a thread which directs to the current rules and managed to block reply's on that section for now. Former Community Moderator
