Looks like free play but seems to be in real money

Hey @RayL or @JeppeL or anyone from casino,

I was just trying the slots for the "friday exclusive" tournament in freeplay when I noticed after a while that my game wasn't in freeplay, but was taking real money.

At first I didn't notice because the button on top was clearly on "PLay for fun" as you will see in the screenshot, but then I saw in the poker client that my money had disappeared...

As you can see in this picture on top there is the slider which says "play for fun" and in the bottom there is my own balance...

I tried to reproduce this error, but didn't immediatly work. (I'll try a bit more aswell), but what I did before I got this bug was the following:

-- I went to casino tournaments tab

- Right clicked and opened the eligible slots in a new tab (for the friday exclusives tournaments)

- Last slot I opened I opened in the same tab and I put it on "play for fun"

- Did a few spins on that slot untill I knew it's capacities and then closed it

- The next slot (Monopoly movers) didn't have the issue and was on "PLay for fun" and had "play money" instead of my own money. The  other slots (Tiny terrors and blender bash) I had opened were on "play for fun" but had my own balance in the bottom.

Hope there can be something done about this?

Hi @VikingsAF, sorry to hear about the bug, it is the first report of this kind, nobody reported this yesterday to my knowledge so it might be just a local browser error instead of a market wide bug.

Thank you for the broad explanation as well, Tiny Terrors is a Relax Gaming slot but I am unable to find a Blender Bash slot. Did you mean Blender Blast (also a Relax slot)?

Could I ask you to delete cookies and cash?

In the meantime I will inform Relax to have a look at these slots.

How much did you spin on these slots trying to test them before you realized that you are you are playing with cash?

Yeah that's because of my QA background :D I know how hard it can be to solve a bug with too few information. 

Just checked my history and I did 7 spins at 1 euro (which is the standard stake for the game) after this I realised the low balance and continued a bit at 0,25. Then I refreshed and all was back to what it should be.

Yeah I meant that slot :p was a bit quick with typing the name :)

Will try reproducing the bug again tonight, certainly when I'm the first occurrence of it. Do you know any free screen recording tool which I can keep running while testing?

@VikingsAF, CamStudio is free for Windows but I never tried it so not sure how reliable it is or how it works :P just googled it.

Will be sure to inform you as soon as I have word back from Relax.

So it happened again... This time on volacano Riches (So not the same producer of games). I'd cleared my cash after you asked btw :)

This time I was opening a few games the same way as yesterday, not from the tourney lobby, but from the "proposed games" on the right.

I didn't spin this time luckily because I noticed :)

(Screen wasn't recording, because I was just playing around and not trying to reproduce the bug)
