Hi @psrquack. I spoke with our Customer Service representative that you had a chat with and she confirmed that this bug was sent to the relevant department to be fixed. I added myself to the loop and when it's fixed I'll be sure to update this thread confirming that.

@RayL: to tell the truth I didn't want to spam this picture in the chit chat topic but it was a little misunderstood among me the agent about the root of the problem and  the links what she can open (I think this was due to security reasons) and we have agreed in this forum and the picture helped the better realization of the problem.
