Free Bet not received

I opened an account with the place £20 on the darts and receive £50 free bets and I haven’t received any free bets

Yes says there are pending

It says in the t&c's you need to wait till the bet is settled, so maybe thats it.
Also worth checking if you have covered the over parts of the t&c's

If the t&c's have been met and they are still showing as pending, then I am sure @RayL will sort you out.

Hi @Davidkippen18, and welcome to the Community.

I see you have opted in to the welcome offer and placed a perfectly eligible bet, the only problem with was that you used a Profit Boost on it which caused the Free Bets not to be added. Bets with addons (Profit Boosts and Free Bets) which have to be placed in order to complete the requirement of a promotion are not counted as eligible but I understand there was a confusion with it.
