Login client login issue

Hi @SCOBY, I just edited the headline as the your account isn't realy blocked. It does seem that you are having difficulties login in though. A patch was released for the Poker client a couple of day's ago, are you running the latest version? If not, could you please delete and re install the latest release? Also, does this happen if you are trying to log in from Browser as well? Let me know and if all of the above are up to date, send us a poker_log to the community e-mail address (contact@unibetcommunity.com) and I'll forward it to be checked.

Hi @gravedom, sorry to hear about the login issues, I would very much like to help you in solving this.
Could you take a screenshot next time it happens and follow he steps in this thread providinf the DX diag and the Poker log?
I'll be sure to inform the Poker department about what you are experiencing as soon as the data is provided.

All that I needed to know in this case @gravedom :) Thank you for the explanation. I'll attract the poker department's attention to this and in the meantime, could you re install the Android app please? Let us know if it ever happens again.

If i minimize or just turn off the screen for a couple of minutes the app hangs. It doesnt matter if im into a tourney or just logged into the app. Its a wierd hang tho because you can navigate trough the app but it doesnt respond to things like register/unregister or opening up casino game.

I reinstalled the app as Ray told me and the error doent show up anymore... only the hang..

Why dont you try the android app for a day using your phones because im quite sure it doenst happen only to me and i say this because i have seen this problem on more phones with diffrent android editions.
