Wouldn’t it be fun with challenge points in MTT

I like the rake back system Unibet has for cash and sng, but wouldn’t it be cool if the tournament grinders also had some kind of “missions” and be getting points to complete a mission ect.

Some examples

Finish top 3

Win a MTT

Finish in the money 10 times

Knock out 20 players from bounty tournaments

and so on.....

Challenges are great for cash, horrible for sngs.

I want to get my points asap and not have to play 50 MTTs to get some, not to mention how annoying it would be when you play differetn stakes and you manage to hit your targets in all the 1e mtt games and thats before you consider how it makes people play different chasing points.

Not that matters as i believe there are plans to change challenges altogether sometime in the future.

There’s definitely some challenges with it, but still I think it’s solvable in some way, and if they find that way it think it will be great.

A point is that it couldn’t or shouldn’t reset quarterly so it doesn’t punish the weekend warriors.

That doesnt matter as part points are awarded at end of quarter.

its hard to make it fair when peoples buyins vary from 1-100e(today i have played 2/4/25/100e games) just dont see how you would balance it without either it costing Unibet a fortune or players feeling they are losing out on points.

Well, couldn’t that just depend on the rake you pay on that specific tournament.... same as cash, you play higher stakes you get more points when a mission is done

At cash people stick to stakes close togeter if they even change stake, At MTTs especially on Unibet and those that play sats you have less options of what to play. If you had a 3 of 3 challenge while playing a UK4 sat and a UK final and played both games for the same amount of time, you would be fed up if you completed all 3 steps on the UK4 and none on the UK100 .

Thats a major difference.

Also its already been discussed that challenges are too complicated for new players, so chances of them being added to MTTs is very slim.

I wouldnt want 100% of Bonus points to be so variance heavy, you could easily run so poorly and end up with hardly any points per quarter.

Also there's too much diversity, would be pretty annoying for people if they would be excluded from the rakeback system just cause they don't enjoy a certain game, like bounties, or satties, or whatever. Also enforces bad play since now there would be another bubble for the rakeback challenge. Also something like win an mtt could take an extremely long time to complete and it depends on the stakes. So on and so forth. It would probably make more people quit than it would entertain.

@FeelsBadMan may work opposite for some of us, When I get the "beat NMPFan in a aipf flip 0/1" Im not stopping till I finish it dont care if it takes me 25 years(feels like it took 25 to win the last one) :)

they do have monthy missions involving mtt? i guess you just get a standard amount of points so you cant just spam through them? the sng are all in the first three levels i guess this is for the same reson? maybe if when they had boring give aways like the best hand event they could ad a little grinders mission in for the mtt players maybe even include the sng? i think the missions here are too difficult too grind unless you hit multiple tables at the same time im a slow grinder haha :)
