Hi

My sister joined unibet about a year ago but never played a game after the first week and never deposited any money.

My Question is if she log`s back in and deposit`s,will she get all the welcome bonuses? 

Or should she set up a new account which i assume is not allowed.

@penguin50 Hey man if she makes another account the old one and the one she makes will be banned so i hope she doesn't do it.

I had an account on unibet for a lot of years before i deposited for the first time, i can't remember if i got all the tickets etc. But i did get a poker bonus for €500 i think. The question is will she be able to clear the bonus?

There is still a question of if she deposits will she still get all the free tickets on offer for new players who first time deposit as it says New customers only I understand she will not get the 4 welcome freeroll tickets.

There is no poker deposit bonus, maybe there is for sports betting and casino, dunno. The poker bonus gets activated the moment you either make an account or log in for the first time since they moved to an independent client (they did that a bunch of years ago). That being said, maybe the mods would be willing to reactivate that welcome offer, at least the bonus, if none of it was used.

Hi @penguin50 :) Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We definitely don't advise to create another account until we assessed the old one but to what I understand your sister didn't have any issues logging in.
The Poker Bonus provided above doesn't require a deposit, the tickets and the play through bonus are credited at the first login in the Poker client.
Since she had an account before what most probably happened is that the Bonuses expired, (The first deposit Bonus and the Poker Bonus alike) which I would be more than happy to re add, but in order to do so, she would need to register to the community and raise this with us personally, or contact CS to have a look at her account.
Could you let me know once she decided which path she would like to take in resolving this, and if she chooses Community :) I will take a look myself.
