Withdrawal and verification loop issue

Hi

I went to make a withdrawal and got an oops message saying that I needed to verify ID, and it directed me to appropriate place to do that. But, when I get there it tells me my ID has been verified and I am 'all set' and that are no restrictions in making withdrawals.

I'm just stuck in a loop now. Please help.

Hi @euromorris and welcome to the Community, this bug occurred with a couple of our users unfortunately but luckily it's an easy fix :)
The error is now removed and you are in complete control of your financials.

Hi @SzMarius7, welcome to the Community. :) Your documents were indeed accepted on the 29th of last month. The error that you were experiencing was a security block that was created after multiple deposits were attempted and failed, but I see that it was successfully removed in the meantime :) All is good on our side and on yours as well, I see you managed to fulfill the transaction.
