March missed things

Hey guys,

this is a short and subjective accumulation of news/things what I would read here in community but couldn't/what should have been fixed but didn't.

  1. The return of irish players. It would be great if anybody would told us that great news here.
  2. The cash game festival in Bratislava and Tallin. That awsome news also sunk down somewhere.
  3. Advertising a special promotion(freeroll) for female players to all players. Maybe it was a technical misunderstood but it was a little annoying when I realized that i can't participate on this due to my gender.
  4. The hidden moving on up promotion description. In doublt the english text decides. But why is so difficult to find it?promotions.thumb.png.b67e1ee2156fd10b61dea0833bed6f9e.png
  5. The fake tv icons next to the tournaments when there is no twitch coverage.
  6. Fake Ian Simpson freerolls.
  7. No place for the St. Patrick days icon. The Moving On Up and March Mission icon filled all the place so I couldn't follow my St. Patrick day's promotion in the main lobby.
  8. Incredible long -if any-response time for my post here. Sorry guys, I know that a closed account or a delayed withdrawal is more important that a wrong settled freeroll or a maximum number of freeroll players bug but receiving an answer would be appreciated in the second fall too.

1 & 2 - Not massively important

3 - Just because you can't play it doesn't mean you can't tell any female players about it. The whole point of the freeroll is to expand the female player base.

4 - Fair point.

5 - Does it really matter?

6 - ^^

7 - Fair point.

8. See point 5 and 6. It'll get sorted when it gets sorted. They don't have a squad of 100 staff that can look at all these things in 4 hours.

Have you read my blog HERE... It's long isn't it :)

1, I think that point is the most important thing in the whole industry. Currently there is a rumour about the authority of licence giveaways (who can do it, shall a government of an european union member state accept a licence which was given away from another member state or not, the UK based or the french based licence system will be obey in the future etc) and I think when Unibet is able again to allow irish players to use their product is a great win and need to to be bring out to the players.

2, An improvement of the live tourney supply should be also advertised here.

3, I think Unibet should respect the players and don't waste their time with promotions in where there can't participate in. Using a solver could be a great solution for this situation. I think my female poker player friends are independent enough to find a female based promos so I don't need them in my lobby banner.

5, Sure, an operator of the year couldn't allow broken links. If there is no coverage then don't add an icon next to the tourney. Paying attention to little things makes the difference between good and the best.

6, This problem exists more than 2 months. I think respecting players time is one of the main virtue.

8,  They are not obligated to response to players post, but if they do they can't make a difference to small and big troubles. They made this part of community from their own resolution. They are professionals, so I don't think an answer within a month like "I have forwarded to relevant department" or "sorry, deal with it" is out of their opportunities.

Dude you always make a big deal out of everything. You make a mountain out of a molehill, or a horse out of a mosquito how we say it in romania.

As for the ladies freeroll, it says LADIES, do you need a bigger clue to what the purpose of it is? And getting the news to new customers is the biggest challenge to, well, any business that wants to find new customers, just because you don't want to tell any woman about this freeroll doesn't mean other people will be as bitter about it as you.

@FeelsBadMan: Sorry I think I have the opprtunity saying what I want. If you can't handle with this  plese skip my posts.

About the ladies events: i really sorry, that you can't understand what my problem is, but I will try to explain it again. The problem is that Unibet advertised me a promotion in where I can't participate. I don't care what promos they made, but I expect the opportunity to fulfil the requirement If they add any type of promos to the banner of my lobby. I think they can do this, because they can separate a country based promotions too.

Yeah freedom of speech, you get to say almost whatever you want, and people have the freedom to critique and call you out on what you're saying, it works both ways 😏

Unibet advertise many promotions in which you can't participate, or won't ever want to, but people you know might be able or might want to. Word of mouth is a very good way to spread awareness over a promotion, hiding it isn't. Also as always the triggerin only happens with stuff that is for ladies, how dare they, ladies eww. Can you still play the welcome freerolls? No, but you can still tell your friends about it. Can you play the super double trouble? Probably not, but you can tell someone who can. in b4 an argument from someone else, oh if I sell all my organs I can play the Super Double Trouble just fine, you won't sell your organs to play a freakin freeroll, and if you do you clearly have bigger issues.

You do realise the 'community' is full of people already playing on Unibet right? What Irish players are they advertising to? They did a press release and it's been on every major news outlet. They've mentioned it here and on 2+2 and in every stream since the end of last year.

The cash game thing is a sponsership, It's not going to change anything here on the community FULL OF PLAYERS ALREADY PLAYING ON UNIBET.

If reading a banner is wasting your time, scratch your eyes out.

You're 100% right about the freerolls though, Unibet should reimburse everyone for the 3 seconds it takes to register a freeroll that doesn't run. When they do, use that 3 seconds to jump in a bin and close the lid.

@FeelsBadMan: it's no problem if you criticize my post, that's the way that can make things forward. The main problem is that you still don't understand my problem and trying the give such sentences in my mounth that I didn't say. So let's make another try: The main problem is that Unibet advertised such a promotion on my banner in where I can't participate. They previously proved that they can separate promotions and give every players the correct ones (like country based). That high leveled behaviour what I except from them in the future. If there is a chance that I can participate in then show me the promo, if not, then not.

@MoreTBC: Sure, I know that all community members are unibet players too. But if you look after the licence standings across Europe you can realize that there are Unibet players who are hanging in the air (like me) because their country debattes that the maltese license is valid in their country. For those players would be a little support and hope that their country will be licenced country too. Please don't forget the dutch players. That could be one step forward to cheers them here too.

To the cash game festival: it might be players who will participate in that festival because they liked Unibet events in the future. I think any news what makes the brand better known among poker players should be welcome here.

To the freerolls: with sarcasm we can't solve the existed problems. Unfortunately those freerolls are combined with the stream and I like to watch the streamers coverage too so a fake setting up hurts me twice. Btw as I was written previously: an attention to little things(here freeroll players)  makes a provider unique.
