hamy45gary Posted March 16, 2018 Share Posted March 16, 2018 Hi there, I've had both unibet and stanjames accounts. i couldnt get Best odds etc over on stan james but got offers here at Unibet. I now have a message to say that I will no longer recieve any offers, BOG's, money back specials etc due to my stanjames account. How can this be so? I am a unibet customer that held a stanjames account but now it seems I'm being penalised by having my "privileges" that i had at unibet removed due to my stanjames account. How can this be described as fair?If I was receiving 100% bonuses everytime I bet at Stanjames would that also transfer over to unibet? Not Likely. Not a happy customer I'm afraid. Wasn't told why I wasn't to receive special offers etc by SJ in the first place, though I haven't been active there for ages so it's possible they did message me. Your account does not seem to have a general promotion block, so the issue was raised to the Managers in regards to BOG's. Please note that general betting limitations, although rare, might still occur and this is not due to any previous history at StanJames, they are present at all Bookmakers.
