Hi @Mattj1201, welcome to the Community. The reason the Free Bets were not added to your account is becouse "Racing Bets" are not counted in this promotion as per the terms:
"Place a sportsbook bet (except Racing) of £20+ or more at odds 3/5 (1.60) and once your bet is settled you will receive your free bets.
- Bets placed on enhanced odds, profit boosts, or special boosted odds of any kind will not trigger the bonus"

The offer is still on your account and the next Sports bet should trigger it. Below the full terms of the promotion

1) Eligibility to receive the bonus:

This offer is available to:
- New customers only.

2) How to claim the welcome offer:

3) Using your Free Bets:

Breakdown of free bets are as follows:

Each free bet placed must have minimum odds of 3/5 (1.60) or greater.

4) Using your Casino Bonus:
- Your £20 casino bonus will be credited to your account the next working day after you make your first deposit.

Sorry for the late reply @tbrodas, are you still missing the Freebet? I believe there was a small issue and they were delayed for some players making use of the offer, but was hoping it would be fixed by now.

Hi @55stepney, I can see that the Free bet was added and it expired. I've added you a regular Free Bet which can be used on any sports and not on racing. I am unable to add racing free bets. Hope that's ok with you but do let me know if not.

The Free Bets mentioned in this thread were added because they either were credited by a promotion and players didn't use it in time, or a few of them had an error and weren't added, but they are all tied to a specific promotion that player's fulfilled a certain condition in order to receive them. They were not goodwill bonuses or regular bonuses I'm afraid. Our system monitors every player's activity and assigns the bonuses automatically so in this case I'm afraid we have our hands tied. Stick around though, we always have something going on here in the Community in which players can win a bit more extra value :)
