My roommate had his bonus balance removed

This site is a joke. My first message here was deleted because I was asking why unibet hides behind malta gaming authirities when frozing customers (like my roommates) accounts without a reason just when they turn to make profit here.

Wouldnt recommend this site to anyone ever again. Im too afraid to play here anymore so Im going to switch my to another site that does have some respect toward the customer.

@v69 I'm pretty sure you are the joker buddy. I assume u got busted for colluding or some other shady stuff u tried with your mates if you have any. I disagree with you, Unibet is the safest place to play in today's environment. And i'm pretty sure a mode will come with evidence of you shadiness. You might ask why i defend them, oh well maybe it's that i didn't have problems like never.

@v69

So they told your roommate that reason account is frozen is because he/she won too much? Find it hard to believe.

Just a wild guess: either chip dumping by you two or then you have both received some sort of bonuses using same internet connection? And if i get it right, those aren't allowed in any site, so careful with those in the future no too, matter where you gamble.

But if i'm wrong and no t&c has been broken, i'm sure they will melt your frozen account

Probably the roommates were playing at the same time from one IP address and if they were at the same table this is more than a valid reason for frozing the accounts.

Even getting a bonus using the same internet connection or the same PC is against the rules.

I have been playing this site for over 10 years and I have not had any kind of problem. Of course a few minor ones that have been resolved. But I only have one account.Whoever respects the rules, I think he has no problems.

I criticize what I don't like"!!!

Respect the rules. Also same i.p address and 2 different people playing on Unibet could have been sorted out. I think the best way for people to play on the same i.p address is to actually tell the client and send correct details that can be verified. I know quite a few couples who play poker on clients with the same i.p address and they don't have any problems as they usually want to prove a point to each other if they end up on the same table. I know one couple who goes to war and don't speak to each other when they are playing. It's quite funny tbh. But if you are honest and upfront then there shouldn't be any problems.

@v69 Your first thread was removed, because it apparently written on the behalf of another player and we have no chance of knowing who that is. We cannot allow such posts here, as it would be too easy for competitors and the like to drag our name through the mud without the specifics mentioned being real - which is why we included the following in our community guidelines:

"2. Limited official support from Unibet
Most of the information you’ll find on our community is user-generated, and although you’ll find plenty of good advice here, sometimes your situation, configuration etc. may vary from that of the individual sharing a solution. Some advice you find here may even be wrong. Apply the same good judgment here that you would apply to information anywhere on the Internet.
Please also note that Unibet only offers limited official support through the community. In general, we won’t be able to help, if confidential information needs to be shared on the community platform.
Posts containing sensitive/account related information may be removed.
"

In this case, the information of your friend counts as confidental, simply because it is not your information. Privacy concerns are important for us and we would never give account specific information about other players, the same applies e.g to your bank.

Also, in the post that was removed, you didn't look to inquire information about anything or even gave us a chance to respond, before concluding at the end that we're "stealing" - which is a criminal offense and as a representative of Unibet I obviously take offense to that notion.

If your friend feels he unjustly has had his bonus balance removed, my general advice would be to get in touch with the Maltese Gaming Association and file a complaint there. We are - and have to be since they are the issuers of our Gaming License - always willing to share any and all information with them regarding a complaint.

I general I can say, that we never remove the bonus balance of an account and decide to say that a player is not welcome, unless we feel we have a strong basis for it. If you take the time to read around the community as well as the replies given in the thread here, you should see that reflected as well.

And lastly, please don't spaming the boards with the same thread, doing that is against community guidelines as well - which applies to everyone no matter the level or type of complaint.

Now that's called a "Freudian Slip".

We're gonna win on so many levels! We're gonna win, win, win. You're gonna get so tired of winning, you're gonna say: "Mr. President please, we don't wanna win anymore, it's too much!" And I'm gonna say: "I'm sorry, we're gonna keep winning because we're gonna make America great again!"

Dont know what is so weird about this, roommates using same wlan and borrowing stuff when a friend is in need. I see all u unibet puppets just cant understand this because it hasnt happened to u, yet. Well remember this when u end up in a similar issue with no-one to give actual help.

Im not coming back to this site anymore. Unibet is the most disrespecting gaming site I have ever seen.

We have accounts in same sites other than unibet and never ever had a problem with ************ or any other place. Unibet is the first one doing this kind of things.

you do realize that when you made your unibet you agreed with the rules do you ? did ya ever read them ? cause unibet said you are only allowed to have 1 account each adress , so if i can have an account but the employess tells me my wife cant cause shes on the same adress then its very weird that you can make a few (room mates) accounts on your adress isnt it ?
