I'm a long standing Stan James customer and if I could find a way of withdrawing funds I'd be off.

Thi new format is rubbish  - ****************** standby for new customers.

Hi @fizz, I'm sorry you feel this way, in order to be able to withdraw you will need to click on "My account" ----> "Bank" ----> "Withdraw money".
Finding this information comes naturally to most of our players, and they are able to find whatever they are looking for, but if not, well that's why we are here for right? :D
I took the liberty of checking your account for any restrictions as well, I hope you don't mind, you are set to withdraw if you feel that is what you would like to do.
Also, if you do decide to stick around :) and I certainly hope that will be the case, could I kindly ask you to give the Community rules a quick read becouse in you post above which I just edited, some rules were broken.
Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you regarding this matter or anything else in general for that matter.

@Anders It always depends on whether or not the withdrawal has been processed by our Payments department. Once it has happened, the money is on the way and non rechargeable for us to put back on the account :)
