(Intended to bring new gamblers to House...)I played quite a few now events across Europe so -i bought plane ticket to London, intended to play in a UK event... I got denied a UK visa.-Unibet exchanged it to UOpen SATELLITE tickets.Time passed by, i was uncomfortable with playing for only potential 1100eur wager- 2000 eur 'package' ... An other idea came to me.-I didn't know about DSO then. So i asked Unibet to exchange those mine tickets (i have Exactly, 550eur in tickets), for a -DSO seat. So i could use my buyin on a lower more reasonable, wager.'Unibet Live' keeps refusing that.I have even been insulted with ''You shouldn't play for package if you couldn't get visa, you got GOODWILL' ...1. MPN, PokerStars, and Party, they all just exchange players in such cases , and NEVER for higher wager. I can prove for each one.2. How could I know i'd be denied a visa, ...2. I played a Tournament League which awarded cash as well. I just happened to win, 1st - a package.There are DSO satellites in Unibet main lobby, just like UO...I am being forced from a 220 GBP buyin (UK tour) to gambling for much higher (1100eur, just a UO, entry, and that is just if i DO qualify, again)...Because DSO are an other, ''French'' department.-It is ~8X, if you count in total price of UO package, which i MUST WIN, AGAIN, to even have a CHANCE to win some -cash... you see the trick.-Initially, i played for a tournament where i would organize my trip, on my own (budget). Sorry, but i also don't feel like again, paying ~150eur a night (price via UO package) for a room in Bucharest in November...I would much prefer arranging my trip on my own and playing one of 550eur DSO events. I have, Schengen...I have been dealing with Unibet Live for TWO WEEKS , who wouldnt even, for some reason, answer ONCE, my emails, questions and arguments). They funneled money there, and won't let it leave Their product, UOpen.Before i file with regulators, i would like to have an answer, from as high, above, in Unibet. This is rather serious. -Could I just have a DSO seat for my tickets, earned for a much lower buyin, and not be Forced to a much higher, gamble (their beloved UOpen) ?Edit by Jeppe-Unibet: Edited unecessary personal information. Why would you complain about a package room price ? Isn't that already paid in the UO the package so you pay nothing ? That package is the buyin money +room money +some expenses money + added stuff like players party, community freeroll etc no ?While on DSO seat only you pay everything. This is the second topic you've created in the last few days talking very negative about us, and in both of them you have left out key information in order to try and make us look bad. First, by including a screenshot of a chat with a live agent, indicating that the agent would not give the information you asked for, but when checking the full chat history it's clear that the information was given right after the point to where you had snipped your screenshot. Then, when called out on it by a Unibet employee here on the community, you've simply elected not to respond(was a waste of time looking into it for you). If you're looking for that post now, don't bother, because I've removed it from the forum as it was fake information intended to put is in a bad light.Regarding your case: The poker team has been helpful right from the point where you let us know, that you couldn't get a Visa after already purchasing a flight ticket. @Kris-Unibet was in touch with you directly and was nothing but helpful to you - even though whether you make it to an event or not due to Visa issues being out of our control. He offered to give you tickets for the value of the package instead, something he didn't have to as we had already applied travel money to your account and had a seat for you at the UK Tour - both things promised in the qualifier series. You yourself chose Unibet Open tickets, we did not do that for you.I've seen the correspondance you had with Kris, and for you to come back now and say in emails that he has mental health issues and what not after him offering personal help the way he did, months ago, when you came to us after being denied a Visa - I'm honestly shocked. You've been abusive to him, you've been abusive in emails to Customer Support in the past and you post here on the community purposely distorting facts. You asked yourself specifically for UO tickets when given the offer of compensation(that we didn't have to give), we could not know, that you weren't aware of the DSO excisting. My opinion is that you twist and distort information when it suits your casue - no I have not changed the meaning of your post, I edited out personal information of Unibet employees who has been trying to help you(remember that outside of 1-3, we didn't have to do anything). And no, I did not remove your past post because it made us look bad, I removed it because the screenshot provided and headline written by yourself, gave the indication that you didn't get the help asked for - which was flat out incorrect.Once again I'd advise you to focus your energy and effort on contacting the MGA. We're not going to change our decision on the tickets and plenty of people have already spent quite a bit of time, on offering and giving you a compensation of your own choosing. It's good that you only "once used that qualification about him", but you still did it and it's very unbecoming. And no, the "head of live" never found it appropiate to use time adressing your arguments, because that had already happened by the previous employee you were in contact with and the final decision was within his role.It's also the same reason I won't go through each part of your post on this issue, because the decision has already been made and not subject to change - as in, nothing you say or do here will make us do a ticket exchange that we wouldn't do for any other player either.
