Stanjames funds still not in my Unibet Account

I am still waiting for response from Unibet about balance being transferred from Stan James account

tried the chat numerous   times and emails no responces from Unibet

Unibet are you aware of your contractual agreements under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and The Gambling Act 2005

The Gambling Commission says i can complaint about these issues

  • IT issues
  • customer service issues

These will cover my Official Complaint that will be sent in a letter signed for  to Unibet

For example, your complaint might be about:

  • whether you have won
  • how much you have been paid
  • the way your payments were managed
  • terms and conditions
  • bonus offers
  • ID verification
  • closure of your account
  • decisions such as voiding your bet
  • IT issues
  • customer service issues.

Hi @Sankeys, thank you for contacting the Community with this.
It has been a crazy couple of days for the guys in the UK Customer Service team with huuuge queues and I sincerely apologize for the delays and frustrations caused by not being able to get in touch with them.
A handful of customers experience this bug of funds and betting history not being transferred, we tried to help out and succeeded, if you have a look around in the Community, with all the cases that were brought here to us.
Yours is no exception either, your StanJames funds are transferred to your Unibet account and there are no pending bets to my understanding.
It is in every player's right to complain if they feel there is an issue with the service, there's no arguing with that, I just wish you would have brought the request to help here in the Community, not tips and tricks on how to report :( , that being said, I still hope you will enjoy your time with us after you are settled in :)

Hi @c86828, I had a chat with the UK Customer Service team but they can't seem to find any outstanding bets or funds in your StanJames account.

Could you be more specific about what exactly you are missing?

If it's sensitive information you can send me a private message, that way only I can read it :)

Thats not right as i spoke to them yesterday and they confirmed that i have 150 in funds

How do i send you a PM?

Like many others on here, the past week has been a shambles, full if poor excuses about being very busy.

It took quite a bit of digging, @c86828, but the UK team managed to find the 150 pounds in one of the multiple accounts created. The more accounts there are, the harder it gets to be able to have all information laid out clearly, I apologize for the back and forth, the funds are in your Unibet account now.
About the past few days, I assure when we say it's busy, it's an understatement, regarding the fact that even the customers giving feedback say that they are the 20th customer in line :( we are truly working over the clock to get everybody settled in nicely. I hope you can understand that.
