Hi @salubeN.
I have double checked with the Payments Department and due to changing security restrictions, the E-wallets might be removed from accounts to ensure a bulletproof transaction system for all our customers.
I know this sounds awfully generalized and doesn't really answer your question. This is not something that happened only on your account, but I am afraid that at the moment it is impossible to re add the method.
However there is an alternative to that, all the "Classic" payment methods are still in your account + Webmoney who plays the role of the E-wallet.
Would you be willing to give that a try? Let me know what are your thoughts on this?

@salubeN I've double checked with the Security department and they recommend withdrawing the current funds on your account via Bank Transfer considering the fact that the method you used to deposit with is no linger available.

In order to withdraw the funds via an E-Wallet a player needs to first deposit with that method and after verify his e-wallet account, this consists in sending a screenshot of the profile page showing the account number in the top right corner, registered e-mail address, full name etc.

If you would like me to take care of this, you can send me the screenshot as described above via a private message or to contact@unibetcommunity.com and I'll be sure to bring it to the Security Department's attention.

In short :) you are more than welcome to withdraw the funds you currently have on your account via Bank Transfer, and after deposit and withdraw with Webmoney.

Let me know if there is anymore info I can provide you with regarding this.

Sorry @salubeN, but I don't personally have a WebMoney account and cannot create a screenshot at the moment. But once you've made a WebMoney account and go to your Profile/Account page, all the information should be there :)

Feel free to let us know once you've sent the screenshot to contact@unibetcommunity.com ,  we'll then check it out and let you know if it's correct before passing it on the Player Safety department for approval :)

Hi @salubeN, I can see that Web money is still available as a depositing method, but not as a withdrawal method as you mention. The reasons behind this is that there were changes in regulations and we had to remove this option as a withdrawal method unfortunately.

We are exploring possibilities of maybe providing another E-wallet at the moment but I wouldn't get my hopes up, the bank withdrawal method is preferably the one to be used. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

At the moment there will not be an E-Wallet added unfortunately, what I meant to say is that we are monitoring the regulations and laws that put in place and when there is a possibility to add an E-Wallet the option will be brought to discussions and possibly implemented as a withdrawal method. For the moment, the Bank transfer option is the only one offered as a withdrawal method @pavels. But this goes for @salubeN's account and others from that jurisdiction only. It varies from country to country.

Ray, hello. Skrill was removed from my account, becouse name on Skrill Alexandr, but name on unibet Aliaksandr, and the security service found this suspicious? If problem in that, I can fix my name on skrill in one hour. No one of my friends who playing on unibet(from Belarus) didnt get skrill removed like deposit/cashout options. so this is no regulation of the market(I mean about skrill remove in my case).

I wouldn't think that is the case @salubeN, if there are discrepancies in data registered we ask for Identification proof and adjust it, verify it. Besides regulatory restrictions there are internal Security reasons as well. I am generalizing because I can't really go into detail on why and how's. The change doesn't affect only you, this is something that is sometimes done for a whole market, which inconvenient as it is, it is a necessary safety precaution unfortunately.

Hi @salubeN, I'm afraid there is no development yet in this at the moment. The Payments team constantly monitors and implements payment methods where possible however this is not something that we do on an "account by account" basis. The methods are implemented by country/region at a time so we'll need to see overall what is the status and what improvements can be done over time I'm afraid.

At first you were told to replenish my account with WebMoney, immediately cancel the withdraw to webmoney and now write to replenish the account with the card. then you cancel withdraw to the card as well. you obviously want to fool me, apparently.

Hi @abra, I can assure you there is nothing malicious happening on our side as there is absolutely no gain for us or for the player in removing deposit or withdrawal methods. As mentioned in my private message, we are looking into a possible fix for you, will be sure to update you as soon as I know more regarding a possible solution. Sorry for the delay though, this might extend to early next week but rest assured I am on the case.

@abra So, due to regulation and security changes in your region, the system automatically removed the withdraw options from a good couple of accounts. Our Financial team investigated this and the only resolution would be to deposit with a VISA card to activate the option, and after withdraw the deposit and the winnings from your account in one. Would this be an ok resolution for you? It might work with a Mastercard, but it's a much safer bet to do it with a VISA.

Let us know if this is something that you would be able to do.
