Migration of remaining balance in my Stan James account to my new Unibet account

Waiting for migration of the remaining balance in my Stan James account to my new Unibet account. Contacted Unibet by live chat on Monday morning 26 Feb. & Customer Services informed me the balance would be migrated over by the end of the day. This did not happen.

Have tried contacting Unibet again by Live Chat : no response after a long wait -  &  by email & have received no reply. 

How much longer do I have to wait for my money to be transferred - I realise it's a busy time for Unibet but surely after 5 days this matter should be resolved  .... or have I lost all the money in my Stan James account??

I am still waiting for response from Unibet about balance being transferred from Stan James account

Got 3 figure amount and waiting over 5 days is not acceptable when they can take your money within hours out of our own

bank accounts

Your funds are now successfully migrated in your Unibet accounts.

I would like to apologize for any inconveniences caused by the delay, I realize Players can worry, and have all the right to do so, when something like this happens.

It's all good when it ends good right? I wish you all good luck and if there is anything else, please do not hesitate to ask :)

Thank you so much Ray for resolving this problem. I am very grateful.

Unfortunately I now have another problem tryng to withdraw money from my account.

The instructions for withrawing funds from my account .... "to find out more click on Total Funds under your account history."   When I did this it shows the deposits made into my account but no instructions for withdrawing money.  I wondered what procedure I have to follow to withdraw funds.

It's my pleasure to help @JB1, now let's get this one done as well :)
I've double checked with the security department for any document request and there are none :)
Bellow I have attached a screenshot of where you will find your Credit Card you last used to deposit, that's the one that is recommended to be used.
Have a look and try to replicate the steps, if there's any error on your side, take a screenshot and Private Message me so I can have a look and maby advise a bit better :)

Thank you again, Ray, for resolving this problem so quickly for me. 

I followed your instructions & have withdrawn money successfully. I did not realise I had to click on 'Bank ' to obtain the drop-down menu.

I am very grateful to you & Community for helping me with the transition to Unibet.

I am waiting for migration of the remaining balance in my Stan James account, too. Nothing came in here until now. Could it be a problem that I dont have a new but an existing Unibet account?

I also ask myself what happens with my Stan James bonus?

@mp Are we talking about a welcome bonus?

The Unibet account you are currently using was created in 2016 and the bonus expired, no worries though :) I would be happy to re add it if you could you just let me know which one of the welcome bonuses you would prefer.

You have a choice between Risk Free Bet, Deposit bonus or a Poker bonus consisting of €500 Play through Bonus, €4 UO ticket and 4 Welcome Freeroll tickets.

Let me know which one you would prefer and I will be sure to add it :)

Hi @Elizabeth.

We have contacted the securty department and they can't seem to find a StanJames account with the details in your Unibet Account.

Could you private message me with the registered full name of the account, registered address and date of birth in order to be able to pinpoint your account?

Also I have credited you a £5 free bet since your welcome Risk Free Bet was used.

sorry for bring this thread back from the dead.

I had a Stan James account, and a Unibet account.  I haven't checked these accounts for a few years but i don't seem to have lost the balance from the Stan James account (ie it didn't get migrated); any chance this can be checked, please?
