These are always pseudo-random, as they use input seeds which don't change for some sites.There are a few RNG sites that use external Noise (which isn't manipulated by input Random.org for example), or you can manualy do RNG. Maybe the manual RNG is even the best (and easy to do if there arent too many entrants, like in this competition). Give each of the entrants a number, and then deal a book of cards. The entrants who get one of the aces and then the king of hearts get the 5 prizes :)Also sorry for being salty again, there is a fairly high odd that these winners overlap a lot, when there are only 10-15 participants ;) So there is probably nothing wrong with the site you're using ;) I see now that the circumstances of ones birth are irrelevant...
