Mark3
HiI've had an account at Stan James for 10 years but I've never withdrawn any money ....... only paid in !:wow:Reading these threads I'm wondering what I would do if I did decide to withdraw some money ........ I don't have a scanner or copier. Heck, I don't even have a mobile phone or a camera. (I'm an old codger)In the past when I've come across this Verification business I've just given up and not bothered, eg trying to join the Government web services. Too much trouble. So what I want to know is ......... is verification always required regardless of the amount withdrawn ?Does it apply to small withdrawals of, say, £100 ?Is it ever possible to get the required verification just by supplying information, name, address, bank account number, passport number ... or is it always a request for documents ?thanks for any answer !Mark
RayL
Hi @Mark3, welcome to the Community :)I have double checked with the UK Security department and no documents are needed to withdraw your funds. You can request a withdrawal whenever you would like, through a bank transfer, just make sure to use your own account :)As for the future, there is no way to tell if there will be any document request as these queries vary from account to account reflecting every customer's activity./Ray Former Community Moderator

steppek77
Is it ever possible to get the required verification just by supplying information, name, address, bank account number, passport number ... or is it always a request for documents ?thanks for any answer !Mark Hi!Just want to say that if you not have internet, just go to a internetafè and send the documents they ask for. If you need to do that.I understand you are suspect because of the many threads about verifications, but I think they send wrong documents or something. To me it is strange that how difficult it could be to just send the right documents Unibet is asking for :)And I am 100% sure that you get your money if you make a withdrawal. Trust me :)
